Terms & Conditions

This contains a series of information to protect the Client, the company, and JNichole Graphics. It’s important that you read carefully and review the terms and conditions prior to using our site and services. By requesting a service you are in agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full to secure your service. All transactions are handled through our website. We do not accept payment through third party apps unless charging additional fees. We want to make sure that the client stays on brand and satisfied. Let us help make it right if any problems occur. All pricing is done through JNichole Graphics is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to the site. If there has been an agreed pricing between the designer and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until the project is complete.

Refund & Cancellation

All sales are final. All payments are 100% non refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered. Once first draft concepts are sent, If you [the Client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. If you would like to cancel a project for any reason, please contact JNichole Graphics as soon as possible. If you would like to re-book, full payment must be submitted again.

Communication

All methods of communication are done through email. Typical email responses are between one to three business days. Please refer to my business hours to ensure the best time to email. Do not email about project updates if the turnaround time has not passed. Any form of abusive behavior, slandering the company and/or designer in any form will result in immediate cancellation of your order. Those who have orders canceled due to abusive or elicit behavior will forfeit their right to a service or a refund.

Drafts & Revisions

Drafts are sent [the client] prior to the final files being delivered. Any drafts provided are not to be manipulated, sold, reproduced, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project. All draft works are property of JNichole Graphics. All orders are limited to a number of 3 free revisions. Additional revisions will result in an additional fee. There is an extra two business day turnaround time for revisions. 

JNichole Graphics recommends having all details for your project before booking. This helps prevent the purchase of extra revisions and helps the process flow. Please note that designers cannot read your mind and that our creative minds are not the same. Please make sure all visions are clear before booking.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies on the project chosen. Times start as soon as payment  has been received. Weekends do not count as business days. Do not constantly message about projects if turnaround time has not passed.

Completed Services

After receiving drafts, you must examine files thoroughly to assure your satisfaction. The project is regarded as complete after approval is given. A cost of revisions will be added to the project if other modifications are requested after it has been finalized.

Unless otherwise specified, JNichole Graphics is free to include client-commissioned pieces in my portfolio and use them in marketing materials. When the work is finalized you will receive a PNG, PDF, or JPG file. Photoshop PSD or Adobe Ai files are delivered upon request for an additional fee. Once designs have been finalized any additions or adjustments will result in an additional fee of $20 each design. 

 

JNichole Graphics does not offer printing services.
