After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a link to a Creative Brief Form. Please fill out the form thoroughly according to the service you purchased.

The form must be completed within 72 hours of purchase, or your project will be marked as abandoned.

Project Timeframe begins after all information is submitted to the form.

Purpose – What the flyer is for (event, promotion, announcement, etc.).

Content – Key information you want included (text, dates, contact info, etc.).

Branding/Style – Colors, fonts, logos, or any style preferences.

Images/Graphics – Any visuals you want featured.

Your E-Flyer will be ready in 5–7 business days.

Revision time not included (Revisions include font, color, or placement change, etc.)

Holidays and weekends are not included in the time frames

All sales are final. Refunds are not available once work has begun. If you need to cancel your order before the design process starts, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Projects marked as abandoned (form not submitted within 72 hours) are non-refundable.
